My sister and I spent July and August preparing for our parents’ home to be sold. As the bedrooms had not had a fresh coat of paint in several years, we contracted L&M Painting LLC to paint the bedrooms to include walls, ceilings, and closets…and one of the closets was a horrible blue color and had drywall damage. There was also 1970’s avocado green and yellow paint on two concrete floors in the basement which we wanted painted in a neutral grey – thankfully Luke and Michelle went hunting for just the right paint for this type of concrete floor. Then my sister and I made a mistake while touching up the paint in the living room and stairwell – we mixed up the sheens of the paint color – touched up matte sheen with eggshell. When the sunlight came through the windows, suddenly many areas of the walls started sparkling. L&M Painting LLC made a number of trips to Sherwin William to try to match the color and sheen, and the end result was that the original paint job had faded due to time and sunlight. Luke and Michelle added our last-minute request to correct our paint touch-up mistake to the 2-day timeline and repainted the living room and stairwell too. Everything needed 2 coats and L&M Painting LLC showed up on time, provided craftsmanship and attention to detail that far exceeded our expectations. They moved and covered furniture, sanded walls, removed light & outlet plates, taped off the wood work, and afterwards, cleaned the windows and floors. When they finished, the house looked so good – it was transformed - fresh and updated. I know their paint job helped sell my parents’ home as an offer was made 5 days after listing. L & M Painting has gone above and beyond our expectations. They painted the outside of our house last year and we recently had them back to paint inside. Great communication & efficiency with a quality end product.
